Live Life Qatar – Terms & Conditions of Membership

These Terms and Conditions govern your membership with Live Life Qatar (“Live Life”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and form a legally binding agreement between you (“Member”, “you”, or “your”) and Live Life.

In this document, unless otherwise specified:

• “Studio” refers to Live Life Qatar or any affiliated Live Life facility.
• “Member” means the individual named on the Application Form.
• “Contract” refers to the agreement between Live Life and the Member, including these Terms & Conditions and the Studio Rules.
• “Application Form” means the form completed and signed by the Member to apply for membership.
• “Studio Rules” means the operational rules and guidelines published by Live Life and applicable to all Members.
   

• Submitting an Application Form constitutes an offer to join Live Life under these Terms & Conditions.
• Live Life reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
• By signing the Application Form, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the Studio Rules.
• Members must be at least 20 years old. Minors under 20 may join only with a parent or guardian’s presence AND the prior approval of management.
• Upon joining, Members consent to having their photograph taken for identity verification purposes. Additional photos may be taken during participation (excluding in changing rooms), which may be used for promotional purposes unless explicitly denied in writing.
   

• Includes 4, 8 and 12 pre-paid class packages.
• Valid for 3 months from purchase date. No extensions unless approved by management.
   

• Purchase of a single class pass valid only for the day of booking.]
• No rescheduling; unused sessions will be forfeited.
  *Live Life reserves the right to introduce, vary, or withdraw any membership type at any time.

• A promotional package only, with this membership Members are able to access all classes as stipulated on the membership. 
• Valid for 1 month only from purchase date.
• Members may only purchase the promotional package once.
  

• Paid-in-full packages will expire at the end of their term without automatic renewal.
• No refunds will be provided for unused classes or late cancellations.
• Requests for consideration under exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies or redundancy) must be made in writing and will be reviewed at managements discretion.
   

• All fees must be paid in full and are non-refundable.
• Memberships and class packs have fixed expiration dates and cannot be paused or extended, except under exceptional conditions approved by management.
• Transfers or sales of memberships or class credits to others are strictly prohibited, unless under exceptional conditions approved by management.
   

• Members may only access the studio maximum 15mins before the commencement of the advertised class. No access will be allowed unless instructed by coaches.
• Access either through the tennis reception or the main lobby entrance must be done so wearing suitable clothing in public as per Qatari law.
   

• Full details of operating hours and fee schedules are available at reception or on our website.
• Live Life reserves the right to:
  • Change operating hours.
  • Close areas of the Studio temporarily for cleaning, maintenance, or private functions.
  • Modify class schedules and services without prior notice.
     

• All classes require pre-booking through our designated platform.
• Reservations open 24 hours prior to each class.
• Entry may be denied without a booking if the class is full.
   

• We currently use Wodify for all class bookings.
• Members will receive login credentials upon payment.
• Our team as well as the Bayclub reception are available to assist if needed.
   

• When classes are full, a waiting list will apply.
• Management will maintain lists on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Exceptions may be made in special cases at management’s discretion.
   

• Members are advised not to bring valuables into the Studio.
• Live Life is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of any personal belongings.
   

• Live Life reserves the right to terminate membership immediately if:
• The Member breaches any part of these Terms & Conditions or Studio Rules.
• Payments are overdue despite repeated reminders 
• Management deems the Member unsuitable for continued participation.
• The Member poses a threat to the safety, well-being, or comfort of staff or other Members, including:
  • Use or promotion of illegal substances or performance-enhancing drugs.
  • Harassment, intimidation, or abusive conduct.

All decisions made under this clause are final and binding.

• Live Life will not sell, share, or rent your personal data.
• Your information is collected and used solely for membership-related purposes.
• Use of our services indicates acceptance of our Privacy Policy, available upon request.
   

• By joining, you confirm that you are in suitable physical condition to participate in fitness activities.
• If you have any medical condition(s), you must consult a medical professional before engaging in classes or equipment use.
• Live Life is not liable for health complications arising from undisclosed conditions.
   

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live Life disclaims any liability for:
  • Injury
  • Death
  • Illness
  • Loss or damage suffered while on the premises or during participation.
• Participation is strictly at your own risk.
   

• You acknowledge that all physical activity, including use of equipment and attendance at classes, involves risk.
• By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks, including serious injury or death.
   

• Live Life and its staff shall not be held responsible for:
  • Any advice given verbally or in writing.
  • Actions taken based on information received at the Studio.
• Members agree to fully indemnify Live Life and its staff against all claims, legal or otherwise, arising from participation in Studio activities.
   

• Live Life reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions.
• Notice of changes will be posted at the Studio and on our website.
• Changes will take immediate effect unless stated otherwise.
